Galgorm Resort in Northern Ireland offers daily gin tastings in its Gin Library, designed for guests who want a more informed drink before dinner. The session starts with a French 75, followed by Galgorm Estate Gin and an international gin, with guidance on botanicals, origin, garnish and tasting notes.
The format is small and straightforward, with a maximum of 12 guests per session. Tastings run Monday to Wednesday at 5pm and 6.30pm, and Thursday to Sunday at 5pm, 6.30pm and 8pm. Priced at £35 per person, it adds a useful drinks experience to a spa or dining stay.
