There’s only one table to book for Paresa Resort’s infinity pool dinner, and it seats two. This clifftop resort in Kamala, Phuket, sets dinner on a platform surrounded by pool water, facing the Andaman Sea. Floating candles illuminate the pool as fishing boats light up offshore. A private waiter serves the meal, with no neighbouring tables to share the evening.
Choose each of the four courses in advance, starting with sea scallops and tiger prawn with green mango and papaya salad. Grilled Andaman spiny lobster with garlic butter is the main to consider; mango sticky rice follows. Packages include a bottle of wine or Champagne between two. Paresa recommends booking at least 48 hours ahead. Reserve your table here.
