The chef behind Mayfair’s IGNI is cooking beside the lakes this November. On Saturday 7 November, Theo Clench brings his fire-led approach to The Lakes by YOO for a supper club built around autumn produce from the estate. His career includes earning Cycene a Michelin star within five months.
The multi-course tasting menu costs £140 per person, with an optional wine flight.
