The Lakes by YOO in the Cotswolds is turning supper into a destination event, bringing guest chefs and limited-seat tasting menus to The Lakes Bar & Kitchen. Each evening can be booked with wines chosen by the chef for the menu, with overnight packages available for those making the dinner part of a Cotswolds stay.
Jean Delport, chef behind Michelin-starred and Green Star-awarded Restaurant Interlude in West Sussex, leads the first dinner on 13 June 2026 with a menu rooted in foraging, wild flavours and sustainable cooking. Sally Abé follows on 12 September 2026, bringing the modern British precision shaped at The Savoy, Claridge’s, The Ledbury, The Harwood Arms and The Pem, with a menu built around exceptional ingredients and storytelling through food.
